Boy who impressed Shashi Kapoor

My eight-year-old son happened upon Shashi Kapoor in the loo of Mumbai's Prithvi Theatre. Excited, he came out and borrowed a pen and paper and stood outside. When the actor stepped out, he was greeted with this little fellow extending a diary and a pen before him. A little amused, he asked, "Have you seen any of my movies?"
Pat came the reply, "Yes!" And with a grin of a student answering a question in a classroom, he continued, "Deewar and Trishul."
Shashiji too seemed mighty impressed. He had obviously not expected a kid so young to have watched any of his films. The expressions on his face were priceless. With a mixed sense of pride and satisfaction, the veteran actor signed on the autograph book.
