All the women in SRK's life

If there is one woman who has managed to hold her own despite Shah Rukh's presence, it's Kajol. There has not been any other couple that has set so many hearts racing. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge is a landmark film in Hindi cinema. It's been 12 years since the film has released and with an entire generation growing up watching it, many of its scenes have trickled down in other streams of popular culture.

Yet Kajol and Shah Rukh have done just four films together besides DDLJ – Baazigar, Karan Arjun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. And just like her cousin Rani, Kajol has been the solo lead in just two SRK films.

But somehow even in her blink-and-you'll-miss-it roles, Kajol manages to light up the screen. Be it as the girl on the platform in Duplicate (again a scene taken out of DDLJ), or a dancer at the engagement party in Kal Ho Na Ho, the dusky girl has always made her audiences sit up and notice. And that is possibly what makes her so damn good.
