Not very often do films with protagonists playing double roles hit the screens on the same day. So it was quite unusual when Mithya and Superstar had a simultaneous release. While Mithya stars Ranvir Shorey in a double role, Kunal Khemu does a double take in Superstar. We bring you the ten double trouble films we simply enjoyed watching.

Dilip Kumar's Ram Aur Shyam is unarguably the I-Ching of double role films in Bollywood. Based on Alexander Dumas' The Corsican Brothers, it tells the story of twin brothers separated at birth. Pran plays the tyrant while Leela Mishra and Waheeda Rehman play the respective love interests of the two brothers. Ram Aur Shyam may not exactly strike a chord with today's audiences but the film inspired a string of 'remakes' right from Seeta Aur Geeta and Chaalbaaz to Kishen Kanhaiya and Judwaa.

Don't be rude or interrupt others who are having a conversation. Ethnic slurs, personal insults and abuses are rather uncool. Criticise, but know where to draw the line. No point putting in personal details or links, we won't publish them. Try and write in English and please, stick to the point!
