Rani comes from a film family and Tina does not. But Rani's father was not a well-known producer. So nothing was handed to her on a platter. Tina Munim was discovered by her mentor Dev Anand. Tina had a great launching pad with her debut film Des Pardes. And she had many subsequent hits like Lootmar, Karz, Rocky, Yeh Vaada Raha but her career took a nosedive in the late '80s. Most of her films at that stage were box-office bombs and even her personal life seemed to be in shambles
Rani had a slow start but gradually came into her own with Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Yuva and Hum Tum. It was a slow and steady climb to the top. Today she is the reigning queen of the marquee. And Rani's relationships and alliances have the rumourmongers working overtime. Remember the old saying. There is no smoke without a fire.

What the article is trying to say is that- you have a film personality. In the past she had been in relation with more than one co-worker. Now, while she is speculated to have a relation with someone who is coming from a business household, the family is opposing it.
this story has no base, a mere gossip, full of ifs and buts and a comparison btw two film personalities where these kind of comparisons are very common. It is something that a 7th grader knows these days and not something you post as an "article" on a leading website. The story is too naive to be termed as 'masala' also. I guess the author would do better next time. And it would be great if he can restrict the number of pages to 2. If i had to rate it would definitely be 2 on 10
