What is wrong with Shahid Kapoor?
Shahid Kapoor is the man of the moment. After the refreshingly young Jab We Met and many controversies later, he's back with Kismat Konnection, which is set to release this weekend. We catch up with the star, at the TIPS office at Khar, dressed in the classic combo of a white shirt and blue jeans, his hair slightly longer, Shahid looks slimmer than before. But definitely more 'serious.'
I miss the lively Shahid Kapoor of two years back. Lately in your interviews, you come across as a very serious person. What happened?
(Shrugs) Maybe I have grown up. This is the way I am, who I am, and I'm happy and comfortable with the way I am.
Does that have something to do with age?
Maybe.
Talking about Kismat Konnection, do you actually believe that a lucky person could come in your life and make it better?
I believe in destiny. There's a saying, 'Waqt se pehle aur kismat se jyada kuch nahin milta'. I believe whatever comes to you, comes to you when it is supposed to come.

I really don't look at life like that.
Like Kismat Konnection, is there anyone in you real life?
A lot of time, you come across people who you feel you know more than the others and in the first meeting itself you hit it off really well.

Shahdi is always smiling in interviews with the right people. Saw one with rajeev masand today and shahid was all smiles. I am sure buzz 18 reporter must have been quite nasty to shahid in the past when he was less successful hence he is always serious with them.
in his other interviews he is really happy, only in interviews with you guys he seems to be not happy (or that's what you report all the time). I have seen so many of his interviews recently on indiafm and youtube and he is very affable and not serious in a bad way like you guys like to portray him.
if he is slightly serious, what's wrong in that, he must get tired of giving millions of interviews?? Or maybe he's sick of being scrutinized too much or maybe he's tired of people always asking about his break up with kareena or saying indirectly to him that he was famous only becasue of her etc etc??? So please write something nice about him next time. So tired of reading only bad thing about shahid on buzz 18.
