Hrithik to work with Barbara Mori

The famous Latin actress will be his new leading lady in Kites ending weeks of speculation

Rakesh Roshan has signed the well-known Latin actress Barbara Mori as the leading lady for his new venture Kites. Barbara will be paired with Hrithik Roshan.

The film also stars Kangana Ranaut. Currently the rest of the cast is still to be finalized. After Film Kraft’s first film Krazzy 4 which is being directed by Raja Sen, this is the second home production not directed by Rakesh Roshan.

Anurag Basu will direct Kites and the music is by Rajesh Roshan. The remaining cast and credits are currently being finalized. The casting is happening simultaneously in Bombay and Los Angeles.

Kites will be shot in New Mexico, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The film is expected to go on the floors by July 2008.
