SRK and Akshay Kumar are in great demand with the NRI's. But John Abraham has his own overseas following and of all the places in Pakistan. Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal has made John a star in Pakistan. The film on football had a worldwide release on November 23 and it also released simultaneously in the country with 12 prints.

In it's third week the film has been running to packed houses, claims UTV. Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal is the first Indian film which enjoyed a simultaneous release in Pakistan. Earlier Sunny Deol's Kaafila, was scheduled for a simultaneous release but it could not for some reason.

Siddarth Roy Kapoor, COO of UTV speaks, "Yes, its true. The response in Pakistan has been simply super. Even in the third week the film is still house full. Goal was released in Pakistan through our Dubai distributors.”

He added, "We at UTV are very happy about this milestone. Goal has opened up a new market for Hindi movies in Pakistan. People in Pakistan would prefer to watch a Hindi film on a big screen on the same day, rather than watch it on DVD."

Goal was produced by Ronnie Screwvala and directed by Vivek Agnihotri. John Abraham, Bipasha Basu and Arshad Warsi are the lead actors and Priam has scored the music.
