OSO distributors pick up Robot
Though SRK is out of Shankar's Robot, his OSO distributors have decided to back the project. Ayngaran, a subsidiary concern of Eros International has picked up the rights for producing and distributing this much hyped venture.
Initially offered to SRK, Robot has been in the news ever since it was announced. But once he opted out, there was constant speculation over the replacement. From Aamir Khan to Hrithik to Ajith, the rumour mills have thrown in every possible name.

According to Shankar, Robot has the potential to become the biggest film ever, beating his own Sivaji.
The makers plan to make the film on a very lavish scale in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and various other Indian languages.
Rajnikant says the production values of Robot are unlike anything Indian cinema has witnessed before. Not surprising considering Ayngaran distributed Billa 2007 and Sivaji – two of Tamil cinema’s biggest hits ever.
With Sivaji nearing the Silver Jubilee mark and high expectations from his next flick Sultan-The Warrior, Rajni looks all set for a hat trick of blockbusters with Robot.
