Rani's challenge: Go and find my kids!
Rani Mukerji stepped out to launch a new range of crystal studded watches for women, and matched the occasion with a crystal studded blouse. Predictably, a chance for the press to question the star brought out a volley of questions.
Unpredictably though, this time, Rani was very much the smooth talker. When questioned about rumours about her marriage to filmmaker Aditya Chopra she had this to say.
"You might not know but I have five children also. Go find them and I will reward you," Rani said.
Rani then went on to criticise the media with her own interpretation of reporting in the present times.
"Today we have kids who hold a pen and think they are journalists. They are not, they are actually a bad name to experienced people," Rani said. After that little outburst, she was back to her usual self and when the new advertisement for the watches was revealed, Rani was back to her picture perfect ways.

I think rani was very polite in bashing up the journalists....Tune into tv reports or peek into newspaper reports, the "khabhariya" reports get maximum coverage and the once that actually affect our lives...Development...Health...Etc...Get 2 line coverage somewhere deep inside the papers...
Rani is right. Today's journalists are nothing but people who do not want to work hard and will settle for gossips and masala that will sell. And they alone cannot be blamed, the newspapers, magazines, and tvs also want that. Even the language has become faulty. Earlier in our days at school we used to read the statesman for proper english. Now you will find all sorts mistakes in the english that get printed. And recently i saw a corrigendum in hindu apologising for a series of mistakes in the previous day's news items!! Unthinkable in earlier days.. How can a news paper post wrong news and then just get away with apology the next day and that too not on one but more than one items?
