Salman postpones films for TV
Salman Khan seems to be really enjoying his new role as a TV anchor on 10 Ka Dum. So much so that the actor has put aside all his film assignments, thus causing much restlessness among the directors.
Most of his films, which were supposed to go on the floors this month, have been pushed back for three months. Vipul Shah's London Dreams, which he was supposed to start in June has now been postponed till September.
Even Anil Sharma's Veer, which has been written by Salman himself, will now in all probability go on the floors only after his quiz show wraps up.
Says a source, "Salman is quiet fascinated by his new avatar as an anchor on 10 Ka Dum. He has put all his other assignments on hold and is planning to start shooting for films only after he is done with his TV show."
Anil Sharma who is currently in London for location hunting, says, "It's news to me. I had planned to launch Veer in August. But now that Salman is busy, I have to think about it. Although I will get a clear picture only after I have a word with him after returning to India."
