Pop star Britney Spears, who's working on a comeback, has been offered a job by the animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) as their receptionist.
The group had in the past attacked Spears for wearing fur. Her salary will be $1,000 and can be donated to any charity she chooses, Tmz.com reports.
PETA is hoping Spears will understand the problem from their perspective and change her usual anti-animal ways. Spears had appeared as a receptionist in an episode of the hit TV show How I Met Your Mother and got good reviews for her performance.
