Baa Bahu... earns one more award

It's undoubtedly one of the most popular shows on Star Plus today

The well-known actor Producer JD Majethia does not believe in resting on his laurels. At the recently held GoaFest 2008, his popular show Baa Bahu Aur Baby won yet another award. This time the show was selected as the leading serial promoting Singapore Tourism, thereby increasing the revenues for Singapore Tourism.

The episodes showed the entire Thakkar family having a grand time at the various exotic destinations in Singapore. This eventually lead to an increase in footfalls to Singapore. The research was conducted by the tourism board as their business boomed after the episodes were telecast on the small screen.

But on a note of caution, the producer JD Majethia added, "It was one of the most difficult shoots we faced as we were exposed to different climatic conditions and time zones. The weather was very bad to an extent that we never knew where we could possibly shoot the next day.

Guess JD Majethia knows how to keep his actors happy.
