Gandhigiri might get Sachin paid
Television actor Sachin Sharma is using the weapon of Gandhigiri against actor Milind Soman. Although it may look as a publicity stunt, the actor seemed to have a valid reason to march towards Milind's office along with a music band.
Milind Soman has allegedly not paid him Rs 7.5 lakh for his work in a TV serial tilted Hum Tum on Zee Next, which is now a dead hat.
It seems that Gandhigiri which soared in popularity during the release of Lage Raho Munnabhai hasn't really died out. The actor thinks that there could be nothing better than Gandhigiri to get his dues.
"I have a very simple question. He says the channel has not paid me my money. But I say then he should be bankrupt by now. How is he running other shows? He has a nice luxurious office and even if the channel has not paid him, he can ask for time. He can't ask me to take Rs 4 lakh out of the total sum of Rs 7.5 lakh and make me sign the slip that says that all dues are cleared," says Sachin.
He adds, "Why should I sacrifice my hard earned money. I will not sacrifice it."
Earlier Sachin also tried sending roses to Milind Soman but that did not work.
Sachin thinks that Gandhigiri will finally get him his money back.
I think Gandhigiri has already worked. Milind Soman is right here. He is not picking up any calls. He is not saying anything. I have heard that it is very easy to fight and it is very difficult to not to fight. I am trying not to fight. I wanted to see if Gandhigiri works even after 60-years," says Sachin.
While Sachin Sharma may be confident of his approach, Miind Soman did not seem to bother to even step out of his office.
