Shilpa to replace Arshad Warsi

The show is to be aired on Colors at the end of August

After facing racial discrimination on the UK celebrity reality show Big Brother, Shilpa Shetty was a little skeptical about hosting season two.

As reported by Mumbai Mirror, the actress has finally made her decision and has given the show a nod.

"Shilpa has been signed on for a whopping Rs 8 crore by the production house," says a source." She is the first celeb to be finalised on the show while the participants are yet to be finalised."

CEO of Colors, Rajat Kamat has confirmed that Bigg Boss – Season 2 is all set to air but refused to comment on Shilpa actually being part of the show.

Bigg Brother – Season 1 was hosted by Arshad Warsi and was aired on Sony Entertainment Television last year.
