Yes, one of the leads of the Ghar ki Laxmi… Betiyann, Twinkle Bajpai aka Laxmi has been asked to leave because of her alleged endless tantrums. According to Sanghamitra Panigrahi, Creative Head of the show, "Twinkle has been behaving in a very unprofessional manner. She doesn't give the show enough time and the shoot is often held up. She has a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. The quality and finance of the show has suffered enough. We had no option but to scout for a replacement."
According to Mumbai Mirror, the actress was spewing venom against the production house and said, "I have been blamed for not giving enough time and walking out on the sets, but it's untrue. Apart from the 14 hours on my scheduled days, I gave eight hours extra on my non-blocked days. This is a thankless job. I'm neglecting my health and I keep falling sick. In spite of me putting in extra hours they blame me for all the delay. I can't take this anymore. It's okay if I'm replaced."
Buzz is that Gunjan Walia is now all set to replace Twinkle. The producers are hoping for a lead with a better demeanour for a change this time around.
