Will Ekta support Rajeev?
Everyone's eagerly awaiting the debut of Rajeev Khandelwal's Aamir… especially the actor who's about to get his big screen break with this film. Regardless he hasn't forgotten the contribution soap queen Ekta Kapoor made to his career.
Having been in her good and bad books in the past, Khandelwal wants bygones to be bygones. The actor has allegedly sent her a special invite for the screening of Aamir but hasn't received a confirmation as yet.
"This is my first film, very important to me, and I want her to be there for the premiere," says the actor. "I was remembering all those people because of whom I'm in Mumbai and Ekta is one of them. I cannot ignore her contribution in my career."
But does he expect her to show up?
"She's quite unpredictable," said Rajeev. "Though I'm aware she's busy with her own film which is releasing on the same day.
When contacted all Ekta said was "I wish him all the best." With no indication as to whether she would show up, Rajeev is hoping for her presence at the premiere.
