Monica Bellucci does it again!
What is the film all about:
A nuclear mishap, Mongolian mysticism and assassins with supernatural powers (who can take any animal form) are only a few ingredients of Le Concile de Pierre (The Stone Council). The film delivers everything you want in a spine-chilling thriller.
Laura Siprien (Monicca Bellucci) wonders whether she's losing her mind. For some time, nightmares and hallucinations have thrown her into a state of uncontrollable anxiety. Who exactly is her son Liu-san? What does the strange mark that has appeared on his torso signify?
A few days before his seventh birthday, Liu-san is kidnapped. Ready to so anything to save her son, Laura throws herself into a dangerous adventure.
What to watch out for:
Monica Bellucci fans should be happy, for she does a fairly good job in the film. She sheds tears and also does what she is good at — shedding clothes.
The best thing about this film was the little boy Nicolas Thau who plays Liu-San.
