REVIEW: Sikandar fails to impress
The makers claim the film belongs to the noir genre, which transforms into a thriller in a split second. According to the producer/director the film is a scary and shocking thriller. But unfortunately for the audience the film does not shock or thrill or scare. Twenty minutes into the film and you find yourself bored to tears.
The film opens with Arbaaz Khan (Kampani) and Neha Uberoi (Zara Kampani) who are husband and wife having a fight in a pub. The next morning his wife disappears. Arbaaz receives a ransom call. He informs the police and efforts are made to trace the kidnapper. Meanwhile the story unfolds and we realise Zara Kampani has paid Sam (Sikandar) to stage her own kidnapping. Sikandar is a young man living in rented accommodation and he’s up to his eyeballs in debt. The location at which Zara has arranged to stay captive is a place called Woodstock Villa. Sikandar steps out to collect the ransom money. When he comes back he finds Zara dead. The task of disposing the body falls on Sikandar…
Confused already? Great because the chaos only increases from this point! Sikandar is trying to flee the city when he meets Zara Kampani. A desperate chase through Mumbai streets and then the plot unfurls. Neha Uberoi has only been masquerading as Zara Kampani because the real Zara Kampani is already dead…
Now it's Sikandar’s turn to get revenge. Will he succeed in getting back at this couple that treated him as a guinea pig to begin with? Or will he be one more victim who got entrapped because his greed got the better of him?
Next: Why the film is a disaster!
Must Read: Boys who turn men this year

And to add to it, the director has added so much "serial-like-feel"... All faces/arms/legs flashing with such high speed... Hardly a frame each that you can't even focus on the screen!!! A total disaster!!!
Yes....I am also....Completely agree with suyash ..
Completely agree with suyash ..
I think u have the concept of a review totally twisted. You are not supposed to give away the story. Please review the acting, the direction and other technical aspects and leave the story for us to see. I wonder how such idiots manage to become critics.
