He's been called snooty, arrogant and what not. But Aamir Khan, the man who has avoided award functions like the plague made sure to be present at the Dinanath Smruti Pratisthan Award ceremony.

Aamir khan had to come., cuz otherwise lata daadi would call bal thackerey, who would send goondas to aamir's house. People never say no to lata daadi becasue lata daadi has bal thackerey's goonda-power behind her. It is on the basis of this power, that she maintained her monopoly for 40 years.. Unless anuradha paudwal came., and smashed lata daadi's mirror for all time. Lata daadi has shiv sena behind her., so no one can say no to lata daadi. Otherwise she would get that person killed in a car accident (;) !

Amir khan is one of the best and most respected actors that the film industry has today.His acceptance of the award will therby give more credibility to the award itself.
