As his heroines get younger by the day, is SRK going the Dev Anand way?

It's an old industry norm that actors comfortably push 40 while the women just keep getting younger. These days, most leading pairs have an age gap of nearly two decades. Interestingly, what is often sold as 'awesome chemistry' is nothing but a clever packaging of a fresh pair. Point in case is Shah Rukh Khan who seems to be following the legendary Dev Anand's footsteps. SRK has not only paired up with new and younger faces almost every year, he has also given Bollywood some of its box office queens. And now it's Sonam Kapoor's turn. If reports are to be believed, Sonam has been signed opposite Khan in Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

Whatever be the fate of the film, this announcement will surely improve Sonam's bargaining power with other producers – given that Deepika Padukone is walking away with most of the plum projects in town. We look at the other actresses who have made the most with SRK's kiss of life.

Srk just rockz... No matter what the few minority have to say about his age, he still looks and has the energy and enthu of a 30 year old. And it's the masses who want more of him and hence keep giving him titles and making his movies blockbusters. It's the masses verdict that srk live the longest acting career. May he be acting even in his 90s! Good luck srk !! (and ignore those few jealous guys)

Shah rukh khan looks at least 10 years younger than he is so it certainly makes sense that he would be paired on screen with younger women. If he was paired with a 42 year old actress he'd look like he was with his aunt. When he first started in movies back in the early 1990's he looked like he was about 16 even though he was in his late 20's then.

To zeno!Kajol and madhuri dont need srk??Kajol of the 4 ff best actress she won was king khan(ddlj,kkhh,k3g) and madhuri 2 ff best actress was with king khan(anjaam,dil to pagal hai).He brought kajol,madhuri,rani and preity and aish in to yash&raj and dharma prod!Dont underestimate king khan!Thats why kajol,madhuri,preity,rani,aish owe their carrier to king khan!Juhi that brought king khan to yash raj(darr)he owes his carrier to juhi!Where were you the last 17 yrs???
