Ekta Kapoor and her starry airs
Now, now just what does Ekta Kapoor up to these days? Just when we thought the lady was past her tantrum-throwing ways, this little juicy morsel came to our ears. A financial whiz kid who joined the Star bouquet recently decided to meet up with Ekta Kapoor and all other well-known Star producers. While the other producers were only too happy to oblige, Ekta gave him an appointment seven days later. The appointment was scheduled for late evening and our gentleman was told he should be prepared to wait for several hours if necessary. Dinner would be on the house. Now B-school graduates are hardly accustomed to this slipshod treatment!
And this behaviour was fine when Ekta was ruling the roost. But considering the manner in which her market value and TRP's have been slipping Ekta better beware!
