Raja is a clever crook based in Dubai and he has partners in the guise of his girlfriend Tina and her uncle Chobey. Chobey owes money to a gangster and in order to help him out, Raja plans to kidnap Rocky, a jewel thief, who has a priceless diamond in his possession. If Raja and company do not take this diamond to the gangster, he’s sworn to cut off their arms. While another gangster JD threatens to cut off their legs if they don’t deliver the diamond to him. Chaos prevail as the trio successfully kidnap Rocky but is threatened by a third crook. Things take a hilarious turn when the bumbling Kuttu Pilot rushes to their rescue.
