Rahul Malhotra’s life becomes completely changed when his sister and brother-in-law die. He finds himself in-charge of their debt-ridden business, their bungalow and also their three children, Vicky, Munni and Sunny. Rahul, who had been leading a bachelor’s life so far, does not have a clue as to how to handle three adolescents, especially these three troubled ones who have just lost both their parents.

Rahul also has to manage the clothesline business and he just does not have the time or resources to handle the kids’ schooling and playtime, let alone their tantrums.

Vaijayanti literally walks into their lives. She’s the only daughter of a millionaire who is very keen that she marries a Bharatanatyam dancer. The fun-loving Vaijayanti is totally against the match and runs away from home. She meets the three kids at an exhibition and goes home with them.

The kids hide her till Rahul finds out that there is also a woman staying at his home. At first angry, he agrees to hire her as a kind of nanny for the kids, seeing the kind of rapport they share with her. But it seems that he has a fourth kid on his hands when he realises that she does not even know how to cook.

But very soon, she settles down quite well and starts falling in love with Rahul. He also is interested in her, but circumstances force him to get engaged to the rich Maya. But what about his love for Vaijayanti? The kids feel they have a say in who will run their lives and they are very clear that it will not be Maya. How does Rahul manage to juggle things around?
