Karan (Akshay Kumar) is an honest police officer who is waiting to pin down Goli (Shakti Kapoor), the gangster who was responsible for his brother’s murder. Just when he is about to take eyewitness Mona’s (Shilpa Shetty) statement, she is killed. A frustrated Karan is further disgusted when he is forced to have film hero Deepak Kumar (Saif Ali Khan) tag along with him wherever he goes. The purpose of this is for Deepak to study a police officer in action for his next project. The two meet Basanti (Shilpa Shetty) who is the spit image of Mona and Karan challenges Deepak to give her a complete makeover in Mona’s modern guise. Find out how the reel hero helps the real hero avenge his brother’s murder.
