Waar Parriwar: Sangeet Ka Naya Gharana is the latest reality show premiering on Sony this coming Monday. This family-based musical talent show will bring together 12 well-known musical families who will compete for the title of Sangeet Ka Gharana.

The show will be hosted by the gorgeous Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar. The actress is upbeat about hosting Waar Parriwar. "I have enjoyed music since I can remember. I was also excited about this show because it belongs to Gajendrra Siingh," Urmila told Buzz18.

Gajendrra Siingh's Waar Parriwar will be a fight between singing gharanas or families. The first judges will be music director Ismail Darbar and his wife Ayesha. Veterans Usha and Hridaynath Mangeshkar are the resident gurus for the participants.

July 15th judgement was unfair with shambu pandit family, having such a sore throat pradeep sang very well, but rizvi family did not deserve the marks they got.

Wat favour are the judges getting by the rizvi family that for not much effort they get a 9 or 9.5 score. Pradeep from the shambu pandit family performed on sever throat condition on 15/7/08 , i could nt make out till pradeep started speaking to the judges, that his vocal cord wer under such pressure and still gave a fantabulous performance. What a come back by this team.. ! Wow ashish replacing ramshankar is a 10/10. He should have been on the show right from the begining. The punjabi team is also too good. But were do the chaturvedi family stand? Judges plsss buck up ur judgement>>>>> look out for only talent & potential....
